CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation occurs 15 or more days prior to arrival, you will recieve a refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 8-14 days of arrival, the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited in FULL. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the balance is forfeited in FULL. In case of inclement weather or illness, these policies remain in place.
DEPOSIT POLICY: 50% of deposit will be collected at the time of booking you reservation. The remaining balance will be due in full 7 days prior to arrival.
CHECK IN: 4:00pm. Early check-ins may be possible for a fee. Please call ahead to request.
CHECK OUT: 11:00am. late check-outs may be possible for a fee. Please call ahead to inquire.
ADDITIONAL POLICY: Rooms are smoke-free. Please smoke in designated smoking areas.
