- Written Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation occurs 15 or more days prior to arrival, you will recieve a refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the initial 50% deposit is forfieted in FULL. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the balance is forfeited in FULL. In case of inclement weather or illness, these policies remain in place. Ancillary Products: Lift tickets, rentals, lessons are paid in FULL at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Lodging: 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking your reservation. The remaining balance will be due full 7 days prior to arrival. Ancillary Products: Lift tickets, rentals, lessons are paid in FULL at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Check In: 4:00pm. Early check-ins may be possible, for a fee. Please call ahead to request.
- Check Out: 11:00am.
- Other Policy: Non-smoking lodges, Free Wi-Fi
- Pets Policy: We offer 8 pet-friendly rooms (double rooms only) on the first floor of the Silver Fox Inn. There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee to paid upon arrival. If you have two animals, no worries, you can pay an extra $50 to add the second pet. No size or breed restrictions. Maximum of 2 animals.
