Access is limited to registered members and approved hotel guests only. Guest access is not permitted, and access codes are unique and may not be shared.

Members are responsible for their actions and for any misuse of the facility during unmanned hours.
- The facility is monitored 24/7. Please remain aware of your surroundings and call 911 in the event of an emergency.
How to Cancel Your Membership:

Annual memberships require 60 days’ written notice by email to info@waterville.com with the subject line “60-day gym cancellation notice.” Please include your name and access code number. Notices submitted within 3 days after your billing date will result in no further dues billing. Access codes will be deactivated upon cancellation.
