CHANGES/CANCELLATION: If needing to change/cancel your childcare reservation, please email info@waterville.com at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date. One time changes can be made available prior to 72 hours at no chagre. If cancelling 72 hours or more prior to your reservation, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per reservation and refunded your remaining balance. If cancelling withing 72 hours of your scheduled date (no show included), the reservation is non-refundable.
