CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - If needing to change/cancel your lesson, please email info@waterville.com at least 72 hours prior to your lesson date. One time changes can be made if available prior to 72 hours at no charge. If cancelling 72 hours or more prior to your lesson, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per lesson product and refunded your remaining balance. If cancelling within 72 hours or after your scheduled date (no show), the lesson is non refundable.
